Tamabil Pathor Amdanikarok Group (the “Group”) is an association established to promote cooperation, communication, and mutual support among stone importers and related business entities. By becoming a member of the Group, each member agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

- The Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, fraud, or claim arising from transactions between members.
5. Confidentiality
- Members shall maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared within the Group.
- Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without proper authorization.
- Members shall use information obtained through the Group only for lawful and legitimate business purposes.
6. Meetings and Decisions
- Meetings may be organized by the Executive Committee or authorized representatives of the Group.
- Decisions may be made through voting, consensus, or other procedures determined by the Group.
- Members agree to respect and comply with duly adopted decisions and policies.
7. Suspension and Termination
The Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability
- The Group, its officers, committee members, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from membership or participation in the Group.
