• The Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, fraud, or claim arising from transactions between members.

5. Confidentiality

• Members shall maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared within the Group.
• Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without proper authorization.
• Members shall use information obtained through the Group only for lawful and legitimate business purposes.

6. Meetings and Decisions

• Meetings may be organized by the Executive Committee or authorized representatives of the Group.
• Decisions may be made through voting, consensus, or other procedures determined by the Group.
• Members agree to respect and comply with duly adopted decisions and policies.

7. Suspension and Termination

The Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
